Gekkeikan, established in 1637 in Fushimi, Kyoto is a much beloved Japanese sake. With the moto "Quality is Priority" Gekkeikan brews sake with a four seasons system that allows brewing sake throughout the year. In 1989, Geikkeikan (USA) began production is Folsom, California and area known for its high quality rice and water.Japan's Brew Master called a Toji (chief sake brewer) carefully control the quality of the sake, ensuring the traditional taste from Fushimi.
Examples of the sake include From Japan : Cup Ace, Zipang, Zipang Mango, Junmai-shu (Deluxe), Suzaku, Horin, Plum wine, Morimoto cup, Nigori, etc. From the USA : Traditional 1.5L, 750ml, Silver, Sake Barrel, HAIKU, Pineapple flavored sake, Black & Gold, Plum wine, Blueberry flavored sake. etc.
