"Irodori series" is Maruhana's private rice brand. It has a superior balances of sweetness, chewiness, brightness and aroma. We have two kinds of this series, Cal Rose rice, Green and Premium Orange rice, blended M401, available only to restaurants. Especially Premium Orang rice has been highly valued as sushi rice.We also have "Classic," "Gold and "Haiga", from Tamaki rice, premium short grain rice from California, highly lauded by customers.

Vinegar is one of the world's best seasonings and makes food taste great. It is used for cooking, to mix with other ingredients, and to bring out the flavor in a variety of foods.There are many fine varieties of vinegar and we provide traditional and special vinegars that result in the best taste and richest aroma.

Examples of products include Maruhana tokusen vinegar; "Hana","Iki", "Kaori", "Tokusen Awase Zu" and Kitagawamura yuzu juice, Marukan su, Yokoi su & ponzu(citrus seasoned soy sauce).

Sushi is one of the most well known Japanese foods, a cuisine that involves placing raw fish and other ingredients on a fresh, handpacked roll of rice. It's become popular worldwide. Maruhana offers many kinds of products, including Irodori Tokusen Awase zu, which brings out the flavor in sushi rice. It can be used in different ways and with different cooking methods.

Examples of products also include sushi nori, tokusen awase zu, tokusen white & pink ginger, mame nori san, wasabi and various products, all related to sushi.
